How long will it take to receive my order?

Since most of our pieces are handcrafted, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days within Greece and 5-10 business days for international orders.

 

How should I care for my ANV jewelry?

To maintain the brilliance of Sterling Silver, avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and cleaning products. We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming or showering and storing it in a dry place.

 

How do I redeem my Gift Card?

Gift cards contain a unique code. Enter it at checkout to deduct the card’s value from your order total.

 

Do you offer gift packaging?

Every ANV piece arrives in our signature eco-friendly packaging, ready to be gifted to yourself or a loved one.

 

Which are the available shipping methods?

We offer flexible shipping options to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely:

·        Greece: ELTA Courier (Door-to-door - €5.00). Free Shipping: Available for domestic orders over €80.         

·        Studio Pickup: Visit our workshop at Trapezountos 91, Korydallos (by appointment - Free).

·        International: Worldwide shipping via Registered Mail or DHL.                          Free Shipping: Available for orders over €150.

Note: For non-EU orders, any customs clearance fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal & Klarna.

 

What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?

Every piece is meticulously inspected. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange an as possible immediate replacement at no extra cost to you.

 

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange or return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it’s unworn.  Note: Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
