Returns Policy

 

Return Period

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

Product Condition

For a return to be accepted, the jewelry must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Returns are also not accepted for custom-made or personalized orders created exclusively for you.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In the rare event of any error in your order, shipping costs are covered by ANV Jewelry.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund process will be completed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
